Hear no evil, speak no evil, see no evil. This is a commentary on the permissions that we allow by keeping quiet. We observe, or hear things that we do not like and yet when we remain quiet about them, which ultimately allows others to act inappropriately. We don’t naturally like to change the status quo, standing up and talking up is hard, but if one person starts it makes it easier for the others.
